Why Large Buildings Prioritise Batch Consistency

Batch consistency is a critical part of large facade quality. When one material repeats across a broad elevation, even slight changes in colour, gloss or texture become visible and can interrupt the intended continuity.

Phased production and delivery increase this risk. Variations in substrate condition, coating control, colour standards or curing can create zones after installation, adding replacement and coordination cost.

Consistency is therefore a system connecting approved samples, colour standards, production sequence, inspection and delivery management. Large or long-duration Color-Coated Aluminium projects benefit from establishing this control logic early.
